The Executive Board of the Digital Banking and FinTech Innovation Cluster of the Luxembourg Bankers’ Association (ABBL) welcomes applications of two innovative start-ups in the field of financial technology to join ABBL’s FinTech Service Pack: Budget Insight and LUXHUB.
Budget Insight is a French FinTech, created in 2012 and specialised in financial data aggregation. It provides tools to financial and banking sector. Thanks to its technology, its customers, such as banks, could propose to their end-consumers a digital, smart and unique experience through several API Bank, bill, wealth, wire transfer initiation and PSD2 Compliance API.

We want to provide insights and specific solutions to financial services companies so that Open Banking will no longer be a compliance obligation but a major business opportunity”.
LUXHUB is the result of a partnership between four leading Luxembourg banks, determined to leverage the challenges and opportunities of PSD2. It’s in this specific context that Banque et Caisse d’Epargne de l’Etat Luxembourg (BCEE), BGL BNP Paribas, Banque Raiffeisen and Post Luxembourg decided end 2017 to join their forces to create LUXHUB, a PSD2 API connectivity platform. LUXHUB’s objective is to make interconnection of the entire ecosystem of banks and third party providers as easy as possible.

Currently, 8 FinTech start-ups joined ABBL’s FinTech Community and took part in ABBL’s FinTech activities. The list of firms is available in ABBL’s FinTech Directory.
ABBL’s FinTech Service Pack allows FinTech firms to get connected with ABBL members: banks, payment institutions, electronic money institutions, consultants, law firms and financial sector professionals. It enables the users of the FinTech Service Pack to exchange views with established market actors and peers and to contribute to shaping of the future banking and financial services.
FinTech start-ups can benefit from the following:
• Participation in internal ABBL meetings related to FinTech topics;
• Participation as experts in ABBL’s working groups on FinTech subjects;
• Participation in FinTech events organised by the ABBL;
• Access to documents related to FinTech;
• Listing of the entity in ABBL’s FinTech Directory and in the FinTech Map of Luxembourg.
