Evare Expands delivery capabilities to include SAP/IDocs bank data

Evare LLC, a technology company specializing in the acquisition, transformation, and delivery of financial data, today announced the availability of IDocs formatted bank data for use in the SAP treasury module.

Evare developed the new service for a $7 billion consumer products company, and will now make it available to all of its cash management clients in the United States, Canada, and Europe.

SAP treasury module users typically must convert their cash account data from the industry standard BAI2 format most banks provide into the IDocs format that the SAP system requires. Evare's new service delivers bank data that is already IDocs formatted. As a result, the data can be fed directly into the SAP system without manual intervention or conversion.

"Data format conversions cost corporate cash management groups time and money," stated David Phillips, CEO of Evare. "Evare has removed that headache for SAP treasury module users because we can acquire the data from banks in the BAI2 format they can provide, transform it to IDocs format, and then deliver it directly to our clients. This removes the inefficient in-house conversion process from our clients' operations."

Evare combines financial industry knowledge and technical expertise to create innovative technology solutions for its clients. The company has made customer service a cornerstone of its business model, and works closely with each client to craft a solution that works best for their unique environment, to devise a tailored implementation plan, and to ensure that ongoing relationship management processes are enacted.
