Nymbus, the world’s most advanced revenue and technology solutions company, today announced Inspire Federal Credit Union has selected Nymbus to support its growth strategy by transitioning from a legacy core provider to Nymbus’ full suite of advanced core, digital, and payments solutions.

Together with NYMBUS, Inspire will lay the foundation for its next chapter of expansion, reaching new members beyond its physical branches and providing innovative digital experiences members expect.

“In order to deliver the enhanced experience and competitive, digital financial products our members ask for, it was clear our legacy core was setting us up to fail,” said Jim Merrill, President/CEO of Inspire Federal Credit Union. “Its inflexibility required us to engage with too many different vendors, leading to a host of workflow issues and member experience challenges.”

Formerly known as Bucks First Federal Credit Union, Inspire is a progressive financial institution with $165 million in assets that has been serving the needs of the community since 1936. Under the direction of President/CEO Jim Merrill, the credit union has pursued a focused and aggressive approach to relationship-based banking and now serves over 15,000 members. Replacing its legacy core with NYMBUS will help further transform the way Inspire reaches and serves its expanding membership, while yielding significant increases in employee productivity and operational savings.
