Sberbank Technology has become a partner of Startup Village – Russia’s largest start-up conference for tech entrepreneurs.
As a partner, SberTech will rate projects that take part in the company and early stage project competitions and award a total of 1.5 million roubles to the three most promising entrants.
As a partner of Skolkovo, Sberbank Technology strives to support a culture of innovative development and the formation of the next generation of businesspeople. In 2018, SberTech will act as a partner of the company and early state project competitions and reward the winners prizes of 500,000 roubles.
The competitions will be judged by panels that include experts from Sberbank Technology:
Andrey Burilov, Director of the Analytical Solution and System Service Development Department, will participate in the early stage project competition ‘Information Technology. Digital Dynamite - Let’s Blow Up Finance, Retail and Telecom’.
Ilya Pozdyakov, Director of the Big Data Competence Centre will participate in the competition of companies ‘Digital Advisors, Serving Business and the Law’ and the start-up contest ‘AI Tech - from Uberisation to Smart Insurance and Forecasting the Weather’.
Alexey Denisov, Managing Director of Sberbank, will speak at 15:15 on 1 June in the panel discussion ‘Sharing & Platforming: Technology that Broadens Interaction’. Heads of major IT companies will discuss which businesses will enjoy future popularity - those that bet on shared use or niche and exclusivity?
