Rosaleen Blair CBE, Founder & CEO of Alexander Mann Solutions, said, “We are delighted to partner with Nationwide Building Society on their exciting journey towards a total talent acquisition solution. Central to our approach is championing the needs of candidates while futureproofing the workforce in support of long-term business objectives.”

The six-year contract will include strategies for embracing flexible working and diversity; creating an engaging candidate experience for flexible, contract and temporary workers; utilising class leading VMS technology to streamline and improve the candidate experience; and enabling informed business decision making.

Katrina Hutchinson-O'Neill, Director of Resourcing at Nationwide Building Society comments, “How we attract and manage our contingent workers is important. It’s not just about finding the right people with the right skills at the right time - but also giving everyone that interacts with our brand the consistency of experience which our members have come to expect as the number one for customer satisfaction amongst our high street peer group. In an ever-changing labour market, those businesses which aspire to be nimble, efficient and forward-looking operations can’t afford to overlook the skills and expertise which flexible and contingent workers can offer. Underpinning this is building an effective, efficient and robust sourcing model, something Alexander Mann Solutions is uniquely placed to help us achieve.”

Nationwide Building Society is the world's largest building society with over 18,000 employees. As well as one of the largest savings and a top-three provider of mortgages in the UK, it is also a major provider of bank accounts, credit cards, ISAs and personal loans with around 15 million customers globally.
