Coming from the field of web-based solutions, Ulrich has been active in the card market since 2012. At one of Europe's largest card personalization bureaus, he has standardized its IT Service Architecture and aligned it with the needs of customers and the market, while further developing his company's portfolio of services.

Before joining Fidesmo, Ulrich worked for Swiss Post B2B and Cards Solutions as general manager for IT delivery and business development, and in IT management roles for the Swedish companies Phadia and Pharmacia.
