The application “my Alpha wallet with Tap ‘n Pay” is the evolution of payments, allowing Customers to pay via their mobile phone on any contactless POS terminal, in Greece and abroad, by using any of their debit, credit or prepaid Alpha Bank cards. The new application is one of the few globally that support contactless mobile transactions through all Payment Schemes (Visa, Mastercard and American Express).

“my Alpha wallet with Tap ‘n Pay” provides an advanced payments experience through a secure and easy-to-use environment. Through a simple and quick process, the Customer with an NFC enabled smartphone (Near Field Communication) and an Android OS 4.4.2 or newer version can download “my Alpha wallet” app from Play Store and activate the Tap ‘n Pay service for his preferred cards, by creating a secret four-digit password (mPIN).
