FactSet, a global provider of integrated financial information, analytical applications and industry-leading services, today announced that National Bank Investments Inc. (NBI) selected FactSet's multi-asset class risk model, workstation, and analytics suite as its investment risk management and manager due diligence system.

Driven by the convergence of risk and performance, increasing regulation, and more sophisticated investment strategies, FactSet has been expanding its multi-asset class solutions for more than 20 years. It now has one of the strongest multi-asset class analytics, performance, and risk management offerings in the industry.

"We are excited to partner with FactSet for its ability to seamlessly integrate information and its comprehensive data and risk analytics. As one of the largest manager-of-managers in Canada, NBI needed a strong solution for in-depth analysis to provide enhanced risk-adjusted returns and help our clients meet their financial goals. FactSet is, by far, the best suited for overseeing our requirements around monitoring, analyzing and optimizing our investment solutions," stated Terry Dimock, Head Portfolio Manager, NBI.

Following implementation by FactSet's Professional Services Group, NBI will have access to FactSet's award-winning solutions for risk management, returns and performance analysis, as well as their industry-leading client service.

"NBI's selection of FactSet validates our commitment to providing multi-asset class risk and analytics solutions for the front, middle, and back office both in the Canadian market and across the world," said Wendy Thomas, Vice President, Canada Sales Manager.
