Nucleus Software, the leading provider of lending and transaction banking solutions to the global financial services industry, today announced the release of FinnAxia 4.5, the latest version of its next-generation integrated transaction banking product suite.
As customer expectations continue to increase, competition proliferates and the regulatory landscape changes, banks are repositioning as digital enterprises. The latest release of FinnAxia provides a wealth of new capabilities to help banks across the entire transaction banking value chain. The solution enables banks to speed up their digital journey, helping them to reap significant benefits including improved customer experiences, higher growth rates and optimized operations.
FinnAxia 4.5 speeds up online cash transfers with Insta-payments through UPI in India and Prompt Pay in Thailand. The solution also makes it easier for banks to set up sweep structures and ensure interest optimization with notional pooling. Corporate payments are accelerated through electronic billing and digital payment options with the newly introduced Electronic Bill Payment and Presentment (EBPP) function. Additionally, an investment dashboard provides a holistic view of the customers’ mutual funds and equity investments. The solution also allows corporate customers’ working capital reports to be scheduled, which helps them to manage day-to-day activities more effectively.
FinnAxia 4.5 enables banks to tap into the growing B2B2C opportunity by providing services such as PO Financing, Invoice Discounting, Factoring, Reverse Factoring and Invoice Financing to their corporate customers' ecosystem partners. Banks can also take advantage of the growth in global trade and increase cross selling by providing customers a trade finance dashboard which provides online information on the corporates’ bank guarantees, shipping guarantees, letters of credit and bills etc.
Mr. Ravi Pratap Singh, Head - Global Product Management & Executive Director, Nucleus Software said, “Today not only are corporate customers expecting to transact and liaise with banks over digital platforms but many are willing to switch - and even pay a premium - to work with banks capable of delivering the type of integrated, omni-channel service they've grown accustomed to in other spheres. Building on our rapid release policy which is designed to quickly help our customers take advantage of emerging market opportunities, the latest version of FinnAxia enables banks to re-position themselves as customer-centric, digital enterprises and retain their position as their customers’ principal bank”.
