PPRO Group appoints Markus Melching as COO

One of the fastest growing fintech businesses in Europe, PPRO Group, today announces the appointment of Markus Melching as its new Chief Operating Officer to add to its growing roster of c-level payment specialists.

As COO, Markus will lead PPRO’s customer service strategy, as well as the management of the company’s corporate issuing, processing and acquiring operations, affirming the business’ commitment to leading innovation across the global e-payment landscape.

Prior to joining PPRO, Markus led the global operations at Six Payment and was COO at Swisscom Banking, where he was an integral part of one of the largest IT transition and transformation programs executed in the private sector. With 20 years of expertise in the banking industry, and a PhD from the university of Fribourg, Switzerland, in applied Psychology and Finance, Markus brings with him the knowledge and passion to help drive PPRO Group forward with its ambitious growth plans.
