First National Bank renews PIC Solutions contract

First National Bank (FNB) has extended their relationship with PIC Solutions by signing another CredITMentor contract.

Through this contract, PIC Solutions will continue to provide software development and support to FNB during their upgrade to the VisionPLUS account processing system.

The new CredITMentor contract with PIC Solutions offers FNB maximum flexibility in obtaining the required technical assistance for the upgrade from their current Vision21 system to the latest VisionPLUS account processing system. Experienced PIC ICT software consultants will provide on-going support to FNB to ensure that the Bank achieves its objectives and increases profitability.

Kavitha Prag, Head of Private Label at First National Bank of Southern Africa, comments, "We are very pleased with the level and quality of the support we have received from PIC Solutions. This has led to us extending our relationship by signing the new contract. Through a CredITMentor consulting contract we can use dedicated ICT software expertise from PIC Solutions in the most cost-effective and flexible manner."

Mike Crawley, Director of Software Services at PIC Solutions, adds, "We look forward to continue working with FNB's ICT team to ensure a smooth transition when upgrading their system from Vision21 to VisionPLUS. Through this extension of their CredITMentor contract, FNB will have access to our experienced ICT resources throughout the duration of this project."
