The HUB Exchange secures minority investment from LSE's Elite platform

The Hub Exchange Ltd (THE HUB), an innovative Fintech company based in London, is excited to announce a strategic partnership with London Stock Exchange Group’s (LSEG) ELITE, its business development and capital raising platform.

THE HUB has worked with ELITE to refine its bespoke technology solution to power ELITE’s private placement platform, ELITE Club Deal, and to provide the technology infrastructure to support ELITE’s global partners that license ELITE Club Deal. As part of this partnership, THE HUB secured a minority investment from ELITE*.

THE HUB provides enterprise-grade platforms for leading investment networks. The strategic partnership enables THE HUB to bring best practice with cutting edge technology to the private market, providing companies access to institutional capital. Each white label platform is completely private and can be deployed out of the box, or customised to client workflows. A key differentiator THE HUB offers its clients is the connectivity and syndication opportunities to other leading investment networks. THE HUB will also be an agent on the ELITE Club Deal platform providing investors, including HNWI and specialised funds, access to ELITE opportunities.

In November 2016, THE HUB joined 12 other fast growing companies in the sixth cohort of LSEG’s ELITE programme. The programme helps high growth organisations build a strong network of partners and advisers to support them in accessing suitable growth financing, be that through ELITE Club Deal, venture capital, private or public equity.
