Realtime Systems Group opens ASP data centre in Chicago

RTS Realtime Systems Group, a leading Independent Software Vendor, announced today that it has opened an ASP – Datacenter in Chicago after the successful launch of its datacenter located in Frankfurt, which is already used by several European based customers.

As an official ASP provider, RTS will initially be providing high speed access to the following exchanges:


  • CME
  • CBOT
  • CBOE
  • NYMEX
  • EUREX


RTS is offering a single access point to those exchanges for:

  • Proprietary trading firms
  • Investment banks
  • Brokers
  • Online Brokers
  • Hedge Funds
  • Order Routing Systems
  • Algorithmic Trading Engines


Steffen Gemuenden, Deputy CEO of RTS, remarks: "Our new datacenter offers flexible connectivity options that will enable our customers to connect to multiple global exchanges via a single hub with the latest network technology and high performance exchange connections. Connectivity to US Equity Option exchanges as well as other US, European and Asian exchanges will follow in early 2006."
