Nedbank Limited, one of South Africa's "Big Four" banks, has selected Debt Manager solution to improve their home loans collections environment.

Debt Manager, from Fair Isaac Corporation, integrates analytics, workflow management, and account and customer management capabilities to enable a more streamlined, profitable collections operation. Debt Manager's wide range of functionality means that it meets the requirements of all financial services organisations.

As the industry-leading collections and recovery solution, Debt Manager can deploy strategies at both customer and product levels to secure a significant return on investment and improved management of risk.

Nedbank plans to streamline their collections and recovery operations and will eventually use Debt Manager to provide a customer-centric view across all of the Bank's retail products. During this project, experienced consultants from PIC Solutions and Fair Isaac will work closely with Nedbank to ensure that Debt Manager improves collections decisions throughout the entire Home Loans division.

Veran Kathan, Head Centralised Credit at Nedbank, states, "Through Debt Manager we can reduce collection costs and streamline our Home Loan collections environment by automating our end-to-end collections and recovery cycle. We look forward to the benefits of using this exciting new collections and recovery software as we improve our business decisions and collections strategies."
