Nedbank plans to streamline their collections and recovery operations and will eventually use Debt Manager to provide a customer-centric view across all of the Bank's retail products. During this project, experienced consultants from PIC Solutions and Fair Isaac will work closely with Nedbank to ensure that Debt Manager improves collections decisions throughout the entire Home Loans division.
