The leading provider of business solutions for the institutional investment management industry, DST International (DSTi), today announced that Promina Group (Promina) will implement HiPortfolio/3 as part of the new investment services technology platform for its financial services businesses in Australia and New Zealand.

Promina Group is a listed insurance and financial services group including brands such as Tyndall, Asteron, AAMI, Vero and Shannons.

DST International's HiPortfolio/3 will be used for core processing, incorporating the new interfacing and data transformation functionality of HiWay.

"By selecting and implementing the DSTi technology, we will continue to deliver the high standards of service and efficiency that we are committed to providing for our clients in Australia and New Zealand," explained Mr Dennis Fox, Promina Group's Chief Executive Financial Services.

"We have taken an approach that is robust, flexible and scaleable, as the best way to support our clients' needs both now and well into the future," Mr Fox said.

The decision to implement HiPortfolio/3 continues the technology's rapid rollout in Australia in 2005, with Perennial Investment Partners, National Custodian Services, BNP Paribas and others already selecting DSTi's solution as their chosen system this year.
