Wausau Financial Systems (WFS), a leading financial systems and services provider, announces the addition of Joe Sanders, EVP Professional Services and Support, and Tim Patneaude, CIO and SVP of Customer Care.
Sanders will focus on areas directly linked to designing and providing the next level of premier customer service. Primary areas of concentration will include Implementation Services, Support Services, and Corporate IT Systems.
Complementing Sanders' initiatives and responsibilities, Patneaude will lead Customer Service and Infrastructure Technology management, with a focus on aligning Wausau Financial Systems Security policies with industry standards such as ISO 17799 and COBIT. Patneaude will also focus on implementing ITIL- based discipline in the areas of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Configuration and Asset Management, Capacity and Continuity Management, and Service Level Management.
