In this newly created role, Keith will manage the development of a number of exciting and innovative new digital payment products and services as PCT continues to expand across Europe.

Richbell has a 35-year history in payments and financial services spanning strategy, product development and operations. A pioneer of digital, he was responsible for a ground-breaking programme to develop internet banking in the late 1990s during his time as Retail Banking Director at Abbey.

Ian Clowes, CEO of PCT says, “Keith brings a wealth of board level and international expertise to PCT and will be instrumental in deploying our new digital product portfolio into new markets. Keith has been at the cutting edge of payments technology for his entire career and his appointment is a clear demonstration of the scale of our ambitions".

This appointment is ahead of a major announcement being planned by PCT for the 22nd November and is another clear signal that the company is forging ahead with a new strategic direction following its MBO in June this year.
