Online Banking Solutions wins BankUnited business

Online Banking Solutions (OBS) announced today that BankUnited, headquartered in Miami Lakes, Florida has selected OBS to complement its commercial online banking systems with event-based information delivery and secure file transfer with file mapping.

BankUnited has implemented the OBS Messenger Delivery Center system (previously known as “Online Messenger”) and introduced automated file delivery services for commercial customers.

BankUnited’s Messenger Delivery Center rollout plan included a package with simple file mapping and data integration features for business customers, eliminating the need for customers to format files to bank specifications.

Nicholas Schiralli, Senior Vice President of Treasury Management Product Development at BankUnited stated “We wanted a solution to simplify and streamline the secure file transfer process for our customers. With a shared mission of providing innovative commercial banking solutions, we found Online Banking Solutions to be the ideal partner for us, and we are very pleased with the feedback we have received from clients since launching the OBS Messenger Delivery Center and automated file delivery.”

According to Joe Spatarella, Chief Marketing Officer for OBS, “We expect BankUnited to benefit from the competitive advantage by removing historical barriers and obstacles to client onboarding. Messenger Delivery Center also supports easier integration with bank customer ERP and accounting systems.”
