Bankaool expands ATM network

Bankaool, the first online bank in Mexico, in partnership with DC Payments, a firm specialized in ATM networks worldwide, will expand its ATM network in order to provide its clients with more points of access of cash in the country.

The CEO of Bankaool, Francisco Meré, said: “As part of our on line business model and with our clients’ needs in mind, we have partnered with DC Payments to increase our presence and offer our clients more points to make financial transactions, such as cash withdrawals and balance consultations, free of charge or fees.”

With the help of DC Payments, the second largest operator of ATMs worldwide, Bankaool began the setting of ATMs and there are today over 40 units operating in Estado de México, Mexico City, Sinaloa, Jalisco, Baja California Sur and the Yucatan.

“Our goal is to end this year with 200 ATMs located in the main tourist and retail hubs in Mexico City, Monterrey, Cabo San Lucas, Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Tijuana, Puerto Vallarta and Nayarit, in order to speed up cash withdrawals in an efficient, cost-free way for our clients”, concluded Meré.

This partnership allows Bankaool to strategically consolidate its operations offering its clients increasingly competitive advantages.
