Lloyds Banking Group has appointed Jacqueline Guichelaar as new Head of Infrastructure and Service Delivery.
Jacqueline brings extensive knowledge and experience in leading Infrastructure Transformation, having held many senior roles previously including Chief Operations Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Information Officer across Financial Services, Utilities, Telecoms and Media industries. Previous employers include; Deutsche Bank, National Australia Bank, Computer Science Corporation and IBM.
Jacqueline joins the Group from Deutsche Bank, where she was most recently Head of Transformation. In her new role she will look to lead the Group’s IT infrastructure to better support the strategic objectives of the Group.
