This innovative space is the fourth Pop-Up Location to open in Canada , following the success of two locations in Ontario and one in Manitoba . Tangerine is rolling out these modern spaces across the country to help Canadians discover its superior banking experience and sign up for an Account within minutes using the bank's latest technologies.

Tangerine's temporary Pop-up Locations are sleek looking shipping containers that have been transformed into state-of-the-art spaces that represent Tangerine's simple and innovative approach to everyday banking. Advanced technologies in the space include Tangerine's Sign Me Up App, which Clients can use to sign up for an Account on-the-spot simply by taking a photo of their valid photo ID, without the hassle of cheques or paperwork.*

The new Calgary Pop-Up Location is opening on June 27 at Brentwood Shopping Centre (4126 Brentwood Rd NW) and will remain open for 12 months.

Instead of traditional bank branches, Tangerine has Cafés in major Canadian cities including Vancouver , Calgary , Toronto and Montreal . At these Café locations, Associates are on hand to welcome new Clients to the bank and help them get started, or answer any questions for current Tangerine Clients to help them make smart decisions with their hard-earned money.

To reach more Canadians, Tangerine started its Pop-Up Location pilot project last year with two locations in Ontario ( Toronto and Brampton ). Following the success of these locations, Tangerine opened a third location in Winnipeg, Manitoba , in addition to a Kiosk location in Quebec City . Tangerine's Kiosk serves the same purpose as its Pop-Up Locations, but is in a kiosk format indoors.
