Profidata Group AG (Profidata Group) has acquired the entire shares of abraxas GmbH
(abraxas), a business that makes a perfect match for the existing portfolio of Profidata products and services.
Over the past 25 years abraxas has built an excellent reputation among investment managers and custodian banks with its product families FundLine, for processing mutual fund orders and calculating trailer commissions, and RiskLine, for consolidation and quality assurance of financial market data, automated checking of market conformity and fair value calculation. The company also provides product-related services.
Abraxas will continue to operate independently from its existing location in Saarbrücken, but as part of the Profidata Group.
