MoneyGram (NASDAQ: MGI), has launched the upgraded moneygram.co.uk and a new mobile app in the United Kingdom (available for Apple and Android devices).
The innovative digital products feature a cleaner design, interactive and engaging platforms and enhanced navigation that make money transfers easier and more convenient for customers.
It is the first online service of its kind to enable guest sending for customers who need to send money to family and friends in approximately 200 countries and territories. Other new features include a "Track a Transfer" tool that allows the customer to check the status of online and offline transactions.
"Making secure money transfers easy and convenient for our customers is our mission and that's why every component of the upgraded moneygram.co.uk and the new mobile app was built with the customer in mind," said Pete Ohser, MoneyGram's executive vice president, Americas and Europe. "We're excited to offer these services to all of our customers in the UK."
The new MoneyGram app mirrors the upgraded website and allows customers to complete transactions quickly and seamlessly on phones or tablets. It also includes a location finder.
