The agreement, which will be in place for a minimum of two years, will see allpay’s online payments processed through Realex Payment’s managed eCommerce solution.

allpay collects nearly £6 billion a year and processes over 55 million transactions through a diverse range of payments collection solutions designed to meet their customers’ needs. In recent years, allpay has experienced strong growth in the number of customers paying through mobile and digital channels, with online payments now representing nearly £1 billion of payments annually. To process these payments, allpay sought an alternative solution to their existing in-house payments solution, that would help them better meet current and future payment technology demands.

In partnering with Realex Payments, allpay has implemented an online payments processing solution that eliminates the complexity and costs that accompany an in-house solution. Industry-standard compliance is now also simplified for allpay, as cardholder data is processed within Realex Payment’s PCI-DSS v3.1 environment. Realex Payments additionally provides allpay with a wholly customised hosted payment page, providing a seamless and consistent checkout experience for their customers across desktop and mobile devices.
