London-based technology solutions provider FinScope Ltd. has chosen TransactTools as its technology partner for its upcoming launch of SabreNet ASP. The new service will allow fund managers to monitor trading activity and make real-time adjustments to execution profiles. SabreNet ASP extends to the buy-side the functionality currently available in Sabre, FinScope's automated trading and trade-profiling engine for broker-dealers.
Gordon Baker, FinScope's CEO, remarked "We selected TransactTools' connectivity platform because it's the clear market leader for high-performance messaging. TransactTools' track record for delivering this kind of scalable, reliable hosted solutions was critical to our decision. The combined technology and expertise of our two firms will enable us to get the new service to market as quickly as possible for our customers."
"FinScope's decision to offer SabreNet as an ASP service will give buy-sides a valuable new set of capabilities for viewing and managing their trading activity and an immediate, compelling ROI," said Sam Johnson, CEO at TransactTools. "We're delighted that FinScope has chosen our platform to help them make it happen. This is an example of exactly why TransactTools built version 4.0 of our connectivity platform – to serve as a complete framework for business applications. SabreNet ASP will deliver real, measurable business advantage to its users."
FinScope will be demonstrating the new SabreNet solution at TradeTech Paris, April 28-29 2004.
