The client list includes Nationwide Building Society, the world’s largest building society. In recognition of ECS’s outstanding technical and customer delivery expertise, Splunk has named ECS as its 2016 UK Partner of the Year.

ECS is helping clients gain improved IT, security and business insights using Splunk® Enterprise and Splunk Cloud, the firm’s SaaS offering. For certain clients, ECS is making use of specialised products such as the Splunk Enterprise Security. These Splunk solutions enable organisations to rapidly analyse the vast amounts of events recorded by their technology estates and identify and respond to any issues immediately.

Some of these clients have partnered with ECS to build and run state-of-the-art Security Operations Centres (SOCs) based on Splunk technology. ECS has proven expertise in deploying solutions that ensure PCI compliance and help to counter the growing cybercrime threat.

Dave Schwartz, area vice president, global strategic alliances, Splunk, commented, “ECS has a formidable team of technology specialists and the know-how required to help support real-time Operational Intelligence deployments with some of the UK’s largest organisations. ECS is a valued and top-performing member of our Partner+ Program and a deserved winner of our UK Partner of the Year Award for 2016. We look forward to continuing our close collaboration as we enable our joint customers to extract more value from their data.”

“Thanks to our shared vision, our partnership with Splunk is delivering tremendous ROI for our joint clients. Our customers can now more quickly and easily embrace Splunk solutions for real-time Operational Intelligence with the confidence that comes from working with the team that has delivered some of the most impressive Splunk deployments in the UK,” said David Calder, Managing Director of ECS Security and member of the Splunk Advisory Council.
