Yapı Kredi launches self-service world campaign

Yapı Kredi, the first national private bank of Turkey co-owned by Koç Holding, one of the biggest conglomerates of Turkey, and UniCredit, the largest banking group of Europe, has launched Self-Service World campaign service, the first and only in Turkey, for World Member Merchants.

Worldcard is a loyalty program which enables over 400.000 member merchants to offer many product features and services such as reward point, installment or discount campaigns special to Yapı Kredi credit card holders. Self-Service World campaign service will be able to help World Member Merchants to grow their business.

Yapı Kredi, the fourth largest private bank of Turkey with 19.545 employees and 10.9 million active customers, maintains leading positions in value generating services and products. In credit cards, Yapı Kredi Worldcard has been reaffirmed as top issuer in the credit card market in both Turkey and Continental Europe according to the December 2015 issue of the Nilson Report with an outstanding volume of $7.58 billion. As the leading bank of the credit card market in Turkey for 28 consecutive years Yapı Kredi now through the Self-Service World campaign service, aims to support World Member Merchants by enabling them to form their own point and discount campaigns.

Speaking of Self-Service World, Serkan Ulgen, Yapı Kredi Individual Banking and Card Payment Systems Executive Vice President, said “Designed for SME’s, the driving force of the economy, as well as for World Member Merchants, Self-Service World enables our customers to launch their own campaigns easily and choose the most appropriate target audience among millions of Worldcard customers. Moreover, they will be able to promote their campaigns to their target audience using their preferred communication channel and visuals. Our customers will also be able to monitor their campaign results and design their future work on the basis of this data. Through this distinctive service, we expect to create a positive impact on the visibility and sales of our customers.”

To enjoy Self-Service World, companies should first click on Self-Service World tab on Member Merchants Menu at Yapı Kredi Corporate Internet Banking. Then, they can start setting up campaigns for their business through “Smart Audience Selection” application to deliver their campaigns to the most appropriate Worldcard holders. They can also select the type of campaign prize they think fits best to their objectives, such as points or discounts. They can then promote their campaigns to their target audience through SMS or e-mails and even color with using alternative visuals. In addition, it is also possible to deliver notifications via SMS and e-mail to the target audience through the detailed page on worldcard.com.tr where campaign details and the map locations of merchants participating the campaign are available. Furthermore, merchants can monitor their campaign results and performance through reports.
