SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: SSNC), a global provider of financial services software and software-enabled services, today announced that the latest release of the Geneva platform has strengthened SS&C’s industry leading fund administration service through its new operational workflows and efficiencies.

The swift implementation of Geneva® 15.2 embodies the combined effect of the recent Advent acquisition – with technology experts from both sides of the business coming together for the benefit of joint fund administration clients.

The alternative investment market is constantly changing, requiring fund managers to use proven technology and services that ensure operations can scale and firms can grow as asset strategies become more complex. With Geneva® 15.2, SS&C GlobeOp has enhanced its services by streamlining the accounting workflows for swap and bank debt, as well as extended instrument support for emerging markets.

“SS&C is further differentiating itself from the competition with a continued focus on enhancing our technology,” said Bob Schwartz, Chief Technology Officer, SS&C Technologies. “We invest in upgrading and enhancing our infrastructure and technology and - because we own the technology behind the services - we are able to respond more quickly to evolving customer needs.”

“We are thrilled by SS&C’s quick adoption of Geneva® 15.2 as the latest release delivers immediate benefits to our license and outsourced customers,” said, Robert Roley, SVP Product and Client Experience, SS&C Advent. “SS&C’s fund administration business using the platform is further evidence of Geneva’s compelling enhancements and commitment to making the adoption of new releases as efficient as possible.”
