Digital payments outfit WaveCrest names Robert Pincus COO

WaveCrest Group, a global digital payments provider, announces its expanding operations in the U.S. and Europe, as well as two key appointments.

Robert Pincus has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will oversee WaveCrest’s global operations including product management, operations and development services. He has more than 15 years’ experience in strategic product definition, delivery planning and execution, and has led teams responsible for the delivery of major prepaid programs in the U.S and Europe at WaveCrest and FIS Prepaid. Pincus is based in WaveCrest’s new U.S. corporate office in Coral Springs, Florida.

WaveCrest operates prepaid programs throughout the U.S., enabling convenient and cost-effective business-to-business payouts, employee, student and taxpayer disbursements, and lottery payments.

Nitin Agarwal has been named Vice President of Business Development and Marketing in Europe and Asia. The company has experienced significant client growth across a multitude of industries over the past year, and Agarwal will continue to support WaveCrest’s expansion across the Europe, Middle East and Asia (EMEA) markets.

In his new position, Agarwal will oversee all aspects of WaveCrest’s sales and marketing, as well as expansion strategy for WaveCrest’s My Choice Corporate program, a prepaid card offered in multiple currencies that allows businesses to streamline commission, business, incentive, and travel payments.
