Certegy Inc a leading global payment services company, announced that it has finalized an agreement with Lafayette Services, S.A., (LaSer), a leading European retail specialist service group, to provide card and loan transaction processing and business partner services to LaSer subsidiaries throughout Europe.
LaSer, a member of the Galeries Lafayette Group, specializes in providing retailers with a wide array of portfolio management and development services, and credit and loyalty enhancement solutions.
Under the terms of the new ten-year agreement, Certegy will provide private label, bankcard, chip card, consumer loan processing and business partner services for LaSer subsidiaries located in five European countries, including:
- Creation Financial Services and Sygma Bank (United Kingdom)
- PrimeLine Services B.V. (Netherlands)
- Credifin (Portugal)
- Banco Sygma Hispana (Spain)
- Fidexis (Belgium)
