JPMorgan Chase names Catherine Moore president of Commerce Solutions, Europe

JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM) today announced that Catherine Moore has been named President and Managing Director of Commerce Solutions, Europe for J.P. Morgan.

She also serves as Executive Director of the group’s legal entity, Chase Paymentech Europe Limited (trading as J.P. Morgan), based in Dublin.

Commerce Solutions is the global payment processing and merchant acquiring business of JPMorgan Chase & Co. and a leading provider of payment, fraud and data security for companies large and small. Commerce Solutions is capable of authorising transactions in more than 120 currencies. As President, Moore oversees J.P. Morgan’s European growth strategy for Commerce Solutions and leads all areas including sales, marketing, customer support, product research and development, finance, credit and risk.

Prior to her appointment, Moore was Managing Director, Head of International Commercial Card at J.P. Morgan Europe Ltd. where she was responsible for the strategic development, client plans and overall management of the International Commercial Card business. This included managing teams covering both proprietary-issued products and those issued by 22 partner banks in the J.P. Morgan network across EMEA, LATAM and APAC. She joined J.P. Morgan Europe Ltd. as Executive Director, International Prepaid, in 2010, delivering product and vendor management, as well as technology and operational solutions for 3.9 million cardholders in the United Kingdom.
