Bank of Montreal, one of North America's largest banks and financial services companies, has selected Centergistic Solutions' (OTCBB:CGSO) AgentView Enterprise 4.0, to provide real-time performance metrics for their service centers located in Montreal and Toronto, Canada.
The deployment will take place over several phases throughout Q4 2005 and Q2 2006. The operation will standardize the Bank's call center performance management solution.
The AgentView system will collect and create combined metrics from the Bank of Montreal's dual Nortel Symposium ACDs, providing key metric-based performance information to LCD, LED, and CRT displays located throughout the two sites.
