Onpex, The Online Payment Exchange, has announced a new partnership with Ebanx, an integrated international financial services company dedicated to provide ecommerce payment solutions in Brazil.

Latin America is the second fastest-growing ecommerce market in the world – only trailing behind China. And, thanks to high internet penetration rates, a booming market for affordable devices and an increasingly digital culture, Brazil is leading the way at the heart of Latin America's ecommerce growth.

EBANX helps power this growth by offering an end-to-end payment solution across the entire ecommerce transaction flow, removing barriers for international merchants who want to access the Brazilian ecommerce market. Additionally, they simplify the process for Brazilian merchants to reach across international borders.

In order to enhance their connectivity to different acquirers globally, the international financial services company has now partnered with ONPEX and has been seamlessly integrated into the ONPEX white-label payments platform.

Wade Pylka, EBANX’s VP Business Development, comments: "I’m very excited for our partnership with ONPEX as we are able to reach an extensive global acquiring network and offer our services to all of their partners. Such a relevant collaboration will give us the opportunity to be connected to a sophisticated technical platform, providing merchants with a global network and allowing Latin Americans to reach further markets."

Christoph Tutsch, ONPEX CEO, said: “Brazilian consumers are late entrants to the world of ecommerce and they come with high expectations. They expect a seamless experience across all channels and a high performance from all ecommerce providers. It is very exciting to be able to extend our services to a new unexplored market. Together with EBANX, merchants in South America will be able to enjoy a tested and successful payments platform that is fully compliant with local tax regulations and that understands local needs.”
