Thailand's Mobile Financial Services licenses DSTi's HiTrade

DST International (DSTi) - a leading provider of business solutions for the investment management industry announced today that it is partnering with Mobile Financial Services Limited (MFS) - Thailand's leading mobile provider of financial information to the retail market.

MFS will use HiTrade - DSTi's front end processing solution for brokers - to allow its clients to view portfolio information and to enter orders.

MFS currently utilises mobile phone and internet technology to provide Equity market information from the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The service enables the end user to view portfolio information and enter orders. Over the next 12 months MFS intend to grow the service so that it will also provide banking, insurance and mutual fund information thereby becoming a one stop portal to the retail banking market.

DSTi has licensed MFS to use HiTrade and HiTrade AnyWhere technology to provide the service to the end users. HiTrade currently powers 55% of the Brokers in Thailand and manages 65% of the market transactions.
