Paycasso, provider of market leading consumer identity verification software, today announced that it has appointed Jan Machacek as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
This executive appointment further strengthens the Paycasso leadership team and ensures that the company remains at the forefront of digital identity verification.
Commenting on the appointment, Russell King, CEO says,” I am delighted that Jan has joined the company’s leadership team; over the course of the last two years he has provided invaluable counsel to the company making a significant contribution to the advances in capabilities and performance of the entire Paycasso product suite. Within his role as our CTO, that contribution becomes even more significant.”
As a highly experienced technologist and respected author, Jan is acknowledged as a leading enterprise architect with extensive experience in lightweight JVM-based applications in Scala, Groovy and Java with asynchronous, resilient and scalable messaging, deployed on cloud infrastructure.
He has published a number of software engineering books, most notably the Pro Spring series that focused on his seminal work with the Spring Framework.
King added, “Given the mission critical importance of the services we provide to clients with global operational footprints, on boarding and maintaining their customers account access, it is essential that our systems maintain the assurance of resiliency and being always-on. Jan’s expertise and leadership within this arena is well known.”
