Mitek (MITK), the leading innovator of mobile imaging for financial transactions and identification, today announced the latest app launch from its developer program, DoubleNet Pay.

DoubleNet Pay is a financial wellness app designed to help employees pay bills and fund savings plans. Now available on the ADP Marketplace, DoubleNet Pay integrates with employer payroll providers to track employees' bills and seamlessly schedule payments around their paycheck cycles.

"With our mobile imaging SDK and API's, we are helping developers eliminate tedious data entry for an accurate, fast and fun user experience that streamlines business processes," said James B. DeBello, president and CEO of Mitek. "DoubleNet Pay's new app can directly improve people's financial wellness. As the developer program grows, we look forward to further beneficial and innovative solutions like this one."

The app uses Mitek's bill capture API to allow employees to set up their payments by simply snapping a picture of their bill. The app tracks upcoming dates and amounts due, and schedules future bills to be paid directly from the appropriate paycheck.

"DoubleNet Pay is designed to automate financial best practices, specifically getting bills and savings out of the way immediately on payday. By leveraging Mitek's best-in-class mobile imaging, we simplify the process of adding and paying bills," said Brian Cosgray, cofounder and CEO of DoubleNet Pay. "Although a user always has the ability to key in their bill information, capturing bill information via photo fits in perfectly with our minimal user input design philosophy."

DoubleNet Pay is a member of the Mitek Developers program. This program gives developers around the globe access to Mitek's patented Mobile Capture SDK and API's to capture, recognize and extract information from any document with four corners. Developers are using this award winning photo technology to create apps for consumers and enterprises that improve the mobile user experience.
