Raphaels Bank has today announced the appointment of Kerry Penfold to the Board of Directors.
Kerry, the Bank’s Operations Director has assumed responsibility for the Bank’s HR and IT. She replaces David Beale who has retired after 11 years with the Bank.
Kerry joined Raphaels in 2008 as Financial Director for Southern Finance, the lending partner of the Bank. Since this time she has seen Southern Finance become fully consolidated within the Bank and become a key driver in its development.
Prior to joining Raphaels, Kerry spent five years with ABN Amro and RBS where her roles included Capital Product Control working on the Basel II transition. Kerry qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in 2003.
