Fincentric Corporation, a leading global provider of core retail banking and customer value management software, today announced they have entered into a non-exclusive cooperation agreement with APAK Group plc, a UK-based systems integrator and implementation specialist of banking systems.
The agreement allows both companies to jointly pursue new business opportunities with existing and new financial services clients to expand their market presence in the UK. Together, Fincentric and APAK will offer UK financial institutions a compelling value proposition based on Fincentric's software products and APAK's extensive IT experience in the region.
In addition to sales and marketing initiatives, Fincentric and APAK will work closely together in the localization and customization, implementation, and support of delivering Fincentric's Wealthview(TM) software solution to specifically meet the unique business needs of UK financial institutions.
Fincentric's Wealthview suite of integrated software applications allow banks to rapidly produce and market innovative new products in response to customer needs and to changing market opportunities and requirements. It includes Wealthview Banking(TM), a modern and customer-centric core retail banking system that provides financial institutions seamless integrated information across multiple delivery channels. It also includes the growing family of Customer Value Management (CVM) software products, affordable solutions that enable financial institutions to access consolidated views of their customers' accounts, and leverage that information for more effective and productive customer interactions.
"This new cooperation agreement formalizes our long-standing and solid relationship with the APAK Group," said Alice Laberge, Fincentric's president and CEO. "APAK's high-caliber business experts with their experienced IT personnel will help extend our market capabilities to grow our client base in the UK. In combination, our teams will help UK financial institutions gain competitive advantage by helping them grow the value of their customers."
"APAK is pleased to cooperate and support Fincentric in the U.K. Our team of banking I.T. professionals have many years experience in Fincentric's products, and we trust this new agreement will be good news to both Fincentric's existing and prospective customers," commented APAK's CEO, Tony Bracey.
