GoSwiff expands to 5 continents

goSwiff, the leading innovator of mobile commerce, marketing & professional services announced its expansion of global operations to five continents as it gears up for a busy 2015.

Global mobile payment market is booming and according to the analysts the growth will continue. Gartner suggests that mobile payment volumes in 2017 will be US$ 721B, and Timetric states even higher total volumes of US$ 1,100B.

A signal of goSwiff’s intention to stamp even more authority on the worldwide mCommerce arena this year and beyond, the company builds the next chapter on its already existing portfolio of four continents. From 2015 onwards, the company will hold operations across Africa, the Americas, the Asia Pacific, EME (East Europe, Russia, the CIS and the Middle East), and Europe. In order to succeed in these regions, goSwiff has reinforced its global leadership team of regional executives with the experience and skills to drive growth.

• Stefano Diemmi has been on his role as Head of Europe and Consumer Products since October 2014. Stefano brings with him a wealth of experience in a broad range of areas in the mCommerce sector, from start-up management, product development and user experience to effective team building in multi-channel, multi-cultural businesses. Having held managerial positions across these specialisations, Stefano's incredibly diverse skill set will be a valuable asset to goSwiff's activities in the key European market and to further advance consumer services in mobile payments.

• Svyatoslav Garal took on the role of Head of EME in December 2014, and will be key to seizing the opportunities in this rapidly growing region. Svyatoslav has nearly a decade of high-level experience in the payment and retail banking industries, boasting a base of knowledge that is well suited to goSwiff's aspirations. His numerous management roles with a strong strategic focus on payments will excel goSwiff business further.

• Alyson Grosshandler joined goSwiff in January 2015 as Vice President of Business Development and will strengthen the APAC team. Alyson's track record includes more than 15 years of management, marketing and business development roles, specialising in payments and retail sectors. With her prior experience in business development in both the US and ASEAN regions, she possess the attributes required to make an impact in Asia.
