Citizens Bank extends licenses for Fiserv payment platform

Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV), a leadingglobal provider of financial services technology solutions, today announced that Citizens Bank has renewed its agreement with Fiserv for multipledigital payment capabilities, signing a seven-year extension for CheckFreeRXP(R), Popmoney(R), and TransferNow(R), as well as the small business versions of each of these services.

The agreement enables Citizens Bank to continue offering industry-leading electronic bill payment, person-to-personpayment and account-to-account transfer functionalities to meet its retailand small business customer payments needs.

CheckFree RXP offers Citizens Bank customers expanded control over the bill payment process. The solution delivers the most comprehensive and intuitive electronic billing and payments experience in the industry and givescustomers the ability to receive electronic bills (e-bills) from hundreds of billers. Popmoney makes it easy to pay others from an existing bank accountusing a recipient's name and email address or mobile phone number, and forsmall businesses to send invoices. TransferNow offers customers a way totransfer funds to or from their own non-Citizens Bank accounts, makingoverall funds management easier by eliminating extra steps involved in withdrawing and depositing money at different banks. Together, these solutions provide comprehensive money movement capabilities for CitizensBank customers.
