Gemalto (Euronext NL0000400653 - GTO), the world leader in digital security, today announces the final closing of the acquisition of SafeNet, the worldwide leader in data and software protection, after approval by the relevant regulatory and antitrust authorities.
SafeNet will be integrated with Gemalto Payment & Identity segment and its contribution mainly consists of Platforms & Services activities.
