Nasdaq's BWise(NDAQ), a global leader in enterprise Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (eGRC), announced today a new strategic partnership with Transcendent Group, a premier GRC advisor, to jointly serve enterprise customers in the Nordic region.

As part of the agreement, BWise will provide software technology based on its leading eGRC platform and related technical installation and support services. Transcendent Group will perform all functional and reporting-related implementation tasks, and advise joint customers on their GRC efforts to strategize, prepare and deploy solutions to effectively address compliance challenges, as well as manage their risks and audit programs throughout the enterprise.

In addition, Transcendent Group will use the BWise(R) Internal Audit solution to enhance its internal audit service delivery to companies in the Nordics. The enhancement will improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Transcendent Group's internal audit practice and is a seamless introduction for customers to the BWise(R) GRC Platform.

"We are thrilled about our new partnership with Transcendent Group, particularly given their focus on transparency and authenticity in their customer dynamics, as well as their robust growth in the Nordics region," said Rob van Straten, Global Head of Sales and Delivery, BWise. "We certainly see this new relationship enhancing our services and solutions offerings to our Nordic customers."

"The unique BWise platform has integrated architecture and functionality that encompasses not only today's GRC requirement for companies, but goes beyond the point to which these requirements are evolving," said Alex Hofmann, GRC Technology Services Leader, Transcendent Group. "Aside from their superior technology, the motivation and engagement of their specialists encouraged us to join forces and offer an effective combination of GRC technology and services to all major companies in the region."
