Turkcell (TKC) (BIST:TCELL), Turkey's leading telecommunications and technology company, today launched its investor relations application 'Turkcell IR app' for investors and analysts.

The app will be available for free at App Store and Google Play for iOS and Android mobile devices. With this development, Turkcell becomes the first company in Turkey to offer an investor relations app, providing the finance community with instant access to financial and corporate information on mobile devices in parallel with Turkcell’s IR website.

Through the app, investors and analysts will have access to the latest announcements, quarterly financial reports, press releases, operational data, presentations, webcasts, and annual reports. Users will receive push notifications when new documents are posted, allowing them to stay on top of the latest developments on the move. The content will be available for downloading for offline viewing if necessary. App users will be able to take notes on documents, save their notes and share documents via email in their entirety, or else page by page as they choose.

Another example of IR Best Practice from Turkcell

“Today we are adding a new dimension to our open and transparent communication with the investor and analyst community by launching Turkey’s first investor relations app,” said Nihat Narin, Turkcell’s Director of Investor Relations, “In a world where mobile devices provide uninterrupted access to information, being the first Turkish company to adopt this communication model befits Turkcell’s commitment to best IR practices and technological leadership.”

Turkcell IR app is available to the general public for free – app users do not have to be among Turkcell’s investors. Available both on smartphones and tablets, the app can be found on App Store and Google Play by searching with its full name “Turkcell IR App”, or simply by the company name, “Turkcell”. Once the app is downloaded, users can determine the language they would like to operate in. The two languages offered are Turkish and English.
