“I’m proud to welcome Josh and Rob to the CheckAlt team,” said Shai Stern, co-chairman and CEO of CheckAlt. “With these additions to our already deep bench, we are even better positioned to innovate and deliver valuable new Check 21 solutions to our clients.”

CheckAlt acquired the ERAS division from Diebold in June, a division that MacMahon helped to build during his previous 17 year stint with ERAS. MacMahon returns to the company as CheckAlt’s EVP of Business Development and Channel Management, helping financial institutions and merchants maximize the powerful combination of efficiency, automation, accuracy and seamless integration of payment processing technology. He has held various positions within the industry during his 19 year career in technology solutions, and has 24 years of experience working in the banking industry.

Since joining the company just prior to the ERAS acquisition, Wendroff has been responsible for setting corporate strategy to maximize and accelerate growth. With over 19 years of marketing experience driving strategic growth for leading companies, including the development and marketing of services, software and SaaS products, Wendroff has broad familiarity with all aspects of corporate strategy, corporate development, marketing, messaging and positioning. Previously, Wendroff served as VP of Corporate Marketing and VP of Product Marketing at TransCentra.
