Lloyds Bank Private Banking has launched a new responsive website that allows customers to access digital services on multiple devices. Customers will be able to access the new website on smart phone, tablet or desktop, which is optimised for each device.

The new responsive website allows customers to enjoy a better banking experience whether they’re at home, work or on the move. This easy-to-use technology is allowing customers to connect to Lloyds Bank Private Banking more closely than ever before.

The website includes these updated features:

  • Improved accessibility for customers through desktop, tablet or smart phone
  • An enhanced Online Appointment Booking for all devices
  • Clickable Phone Numbers enabling customers to call us directly from the website

The new website comes as Lloyds Bank reaches a new digital milestone, with over two and a half million customers using its mobile banking services. Over 1.9 million logons are recorded each day, with over 60% from a mobile or tablet device.
