Under the terms of the agreement, Global 360 will globally market BWise's Corporate Governance solution in conjunction with its Active Compliance Framework.

The joint solution provides an integrated risk management framework that can easily adapt to multiple IT infrastructures, helping companies quickly achieve compliance with such key regulatory requirements as those stipulated by the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002 (SOX) while optimising their business processes.

This unique offering integrates compliance and BPM, bringing customers an optimal solution to gain greater enterprise-wide control.
