SmartStream wins contract from SEC to deploy Ocie with TLM reconciliation tech

SmartStream Technologies, the Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM®) specialist, today announced that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has awarded a contract to SmartStream to furnish its TLM Reconciliations Premium solution to the SEC's Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations (OCIE).

The SEC anticipates using TLM Reconciliations Premium to support OCIE’s nationwide examination and inspection program for registered self-regulatory organizations, broker-dealers, transfer agents, clearing agencies, investment companies, and investment advisers. The solution purchased by the SEC includes TLM Reconciliations Premium and TLM SmartRecs, and willutilize data delivered by ByAllAccounts.

SEC examiners in Washington, D.C. as well as 11 regional offices will be able to use the TLM Reconciliations solutions across the country.
