RSA signs for QuestBack employee feedback platform

QuestBack's Enterprise Feedback Suite (EFS) will underpin RSA Group's new YourSay employee engagement programme, providing a flexible, robust platform to capture feedback from its 23,000 global staff and helping turn it into deeper, actionable insight. RSA Group will use QuestBack both for its annual employee survey and for event-driven and more targeted activities, helping to deliver a 360 degree view of staff feedback that can then be used to enable business improvement.
