Citicom Solutions, a total communications business focused on financial services organizations globally, today announced the opening of offices across Asia Pacific to respond to the market need for a global financial compliance solution.

The opening of the Asia Pacific office is being supervised by Ian Summerfield, Chairman of Citicom Solutions. He will be based in Sydney and travel regularly to Citicom's new offices in Singapore, Hong Kong and Dubai where he will focus on hiring compliance experts to ensure Citicom's financial clients have local support for the unique regulatory environment in each market.

The Asia Pacific office opening also bolsters the global reach of Citicom Assure, Citicom's flagship regulatory compliance solution which captures, stores and analyzes all communication information prior to trade execution, including instant messages (IMs), emails, text messages and mobile- and fixed-voice recordings. Firms can perform proactive analysis on all data and flag unusual activity, keywords, inappropriate terms and emotional sentiment in real time. Citicom's local market presence in Asia will ensure rapid updates to any regulatory changes in Asia, providing financial companies a single, global compliance solution.

"Leading financial institutions operate in a highly regulated environment around the world, not just a single geography," said Ian Summerfield, Chairman of Citicom Solutions. "Recognizing the need for local-level expertise in the Asian markets, we are moving quickly to strengthen our global compliance solution Citicom Assure by opening offices in Sydney, Hong Kong, Singapore and Dubai. With market experts in each financial center, we can ensure our clients will be equipped with the latest in financial compliance technology the world over."
