iMeta is already leading the field in the management of SSI (standing settlement instruction) data with their Assassin SSI module and in 2013 launched a comprehensive KYC (know your customer) offering.

Now with the addition of the Credit & Legal module, iMeta can offer a complete end to end solution for onboarding and managing all entity data; including clients, counterparties and their corresponding trading relationships. This gives financial institutions control and visibility into the set up and readiness to trade throughout the whole customer relationship lifecycle.

For investment banks and broker/dealers to set up trading relationships with customers, from a risk reduction and regulatory perspective, they also need to understand customer credit hierarchies, record credit limits and ensure the correct legal agreements are set up for the required products.

Assassin Credit & Legal centralises this process, ensuring it builds on the 'golden source' of entity data; therefore improving data quality, whilst achieving regulatory compliance.

Ben Marsh, CEO of iMeta commented, "We are excited about the addition of our Credit and Legal capability. This means iMeta Assassin can now deliver a truly end to end onboarding and entity data management solution. We can provide a central hub for all reference data; consolidating a single source of accurate, clean data, available to the whole organisation, which can be easily configured to fit individual business needs."
